Lorenhope.com has a 7-day return policy for products that are unworn and in their original condition and packaging. All tags, cards, and boxes must be intact and included with the return. Items purchased at full price and returned (postmarked) within 7 days of receipt are eligible for a refund to the original method of payment. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. A return form is included in the original order and must be filled out and included with the return. If the return form is misplaced, customers can email customerservice@lorenhope.com for a new one. No return or exchange will be accepted without one. Returns postmarked within 15 days of receipt by the customer are eligible for store credit. There is no restocking fee for store credit and return shipping charges will be waived. Once the return is processed, a store credit will be sent via e-mail in the form of an electronic gift card.
